Made-to-Order Policy

At Frontenac Company Canada, all our products are made to order, printed or embroidered individually for each customer. This allows us to reduce waste and offer exclusive, small-batch designs — but it also means we cannot accept returns for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

We kindly ask you to double-check our size guides and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cancellation)

If you are ordering from within the European Union, you are entitled by law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — even for made-to-order products.

To exercise this right:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at frontenaccompany@gmail.com.

• You may be required to return the item at your own cost.

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Note: We reserve the right to deduct compensation if the returned item is not in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
